• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• The customer must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package — this video is required as proof for any damage or missing item claim.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a proper opening video or after the 15-day return period has passed.
• Certain items such as personal care, hygiene, or customized products may not be eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once your return or claim is verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. In some cases, a store credit or exchange may be offered based on your preference.
