  • The courier will deliver your parcel and collect payment (if applicable) at your doorstep.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition with tags, packed and have a proof of payment.

  • A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory for any return or refund claim if the item is damaged, defective or missing.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Verified refunds or replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days after claim approval.
