🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💥 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make it right for you.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

The fastest way to receive your desired product is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
